We gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit only.
At this time, we do not offer refunds.

Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
Items that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at whtalady@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide return instructions
- Ship your item back using your preferred carrier
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your exchange or store credit.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories (if applicable)
- Intimate or personal items
